Judging by what I've seen on the gameplay so far, it's going to be a must have for anyone with a good enough system to run it. As you can see in the screens, the graphics are cutting edge. The physics are as well. You can cut down trees with a machine gun, blow buildings apart with explosives. You can pick up objects and use them as sheilds, or throw them at ememies. You can even pick up an ememy and throw him at another enemy. The vehicles all have "component damage" meaning that they don't have health bars. You can shoot the tires out on a speeding humvee and make it loose control and crash, or shoot the rotors on a helicopter with the same result.
Also, the guy you control wears this "nano muscle suit" which has four modes, strenght, speed, armor, and cloak. Strenght of course makes you super strong, you can jump alot higher than normal, punch down trees and buildings, throw enemies through walls

Speed is self-explanatory, Armor gives you more bullet resistance as well as regenerates your health. Cloak is not as effective as it is in Battlefield 2142, but it turns your suit the color of the environment and makes you difficult to see. The game will be released in Q3 of this year, the developers are doing testing and optimizations.
Have a look at these sites, they have a ton of info on the game.
