Check that guy out - do you have any training or certs or anything? I found out that in our MS EA agreement that we have - I have 30 training days. It'll take me 13 days of training from 3 different courses, and 3 tests to get a MCITP Server Admin cert, and 2 MCTS certs. I'll still have 17 days left to work towards the other MCITP which would just need to add the 3rd MCTS and the Vista Config or Business Desktop MCTS. Get my 2nd MCITP, and then one more test you get the MCM. Microsoft Certified Master - I'm going to try and have the Windows Server 2008 MCM done by the end of this year.
