Ok this has been on my computer screen for about a week now. I took a screenshot of this "halo" the arrows are pointing at, and just after I took a SS of it - I looked down and it went away? Holy piss! Is there a ghost in my laptop?

UGH!!! ok - the halo goes away if any application is open AND maximixed. If its not - that halo is there... WTF? |
