Intelligence within the realm of football is MUCH different from intelligence with regards to educational topics and things that actually matter in the world.

So the correlation that everyone uses for "credit" to how well someone can borrow money applies just like this. You can't take two unrelated things, and dismiss the one just because you think intelligence in on topic doesn't have an equality in the other. I bet there is a direct correlation between football intelligence and off the field intelligence. And just FYI being smart & being intelligent are two different things. Hate to get too in depth in the forums, it might give people a headache to have to actually think about being smart.
