The monitor I have now is perfect for gaming and I have zero complaints. However, my boss got everyone these monitors at work and they look fantastic. I'm thinking of getting one myself since it can double as a TV for my room.

Highlights:
- 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio (vs my current 3,000:1)
- Max resolution of 1920x1200 (vs my current of 1440x900)
- 2 HDMI, VGA, DMI imputs
- 5ms response time (vs 2ms)
- 24" screen (vs my current 19")
- Built in 1080p HD digital-TV tuner
- $300 (I paid $200 for mine last year)

I'm lovin the fact that it allows me to have a TV, PS3 and PC in my room with out spending much money and taking up a lot of space. So do you guys think I should go for it?

This is a really nice monitor. Definitely think it is a good option for a monitor/TV!

The tuner is useless I'm pretty sure, unless you have sat tv. Dig cable uses hdmi, sat signals can be sent through the regular coax which is the imput the tuner has on it. Well you could try to get over the air hd signals but unless you're in a major city the chances of that are slim.

Anyways point is look for the same monitor/tv without the tuner you may be able to save money if they make it. Unless you plan on running an hd signal through your regular coax to it
